How to Disable New Programs Alert |

This is only applicable if you have the new XP start menu not if you are using classic.
To get rid of this alert is really easy:
Right click the start bar and click properties.
Go to the start menu tab and click customize.
Click on the advanced tab.
De-select "Highlight newly installed programs"
