Now songs that were rated as Explicit would not sync over to my iPod Touch. There is a setting that controls this that was toggled to Off somehow.

1. From the Home screen tap Settings.
2. Select General.
3. Select Restrictions.
4. Set Explicit to On.

Now you should be able to download explicit music to your iPod Touch or iPhone
